These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Sarah Green Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this website or booking an appointment (including via our online booking system), you agree to these Terms.

We practise in accordance with the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and all applicable UK laws and regulations.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website:
• For lawful purposes only
• Without infringing the rights of others
• Without attempting to disrupt website security or functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
3. Online Booking
Appointments may be booked via our online booking system.
By booking, you confirm that:
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You are aged 18 or over, or have parental/guardian consent
• You agree to these Terms, including our cancellation policy
A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your booking request but does not guarantee clinical suitability. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments where treatment is not clinically appropriate.
4. Fees and Online Payments
• Fees are displayed on the website or confirmed at booking
• Payment may be required at the time of booking
• All prices are stated in GBP (£)
Online payments are processed via secure third-party providers. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party systems.
We reserve the right to amend fees at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by later fee changes.
5. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the appointment fee
• Failure to attend will be charged at the full appointment fee
Cancellations must be made via:
• The online booking system
• Telephone
Cancellation charges are necessary to cover reserved clinical time.
6. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late:
• Your session may be shortened
• The full appointment fee will still apply
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a non-attendance
7. Home Visit Terms
Where home visits are offered:
• A travel fee may apply and will be confirmed in advance
• You must provide a safe, clean and suitable environment
• Adequate space must be available for assessment and treatment
• Pets must be secured during the appointment
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a home visit where:
• The environment is unsafe
• There is inappropriate or aggressive behaviour
• There is risk to practitioner safety
Home visits are subject to the same cancellation policy. Travel fees may still apply where insufficient notice is given.
8. Consent to Assessment and Treatment
All physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services are provided subject to your informed consent.
Before treatment begins, we will explain:
• The nature and purpose of treatment
• Material risks or potential side effects
• Reasonable alternatives where appropriate
You may ask questions at any time and withdraw consent at any stage.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where:
• Treatment is not clinically appropriate
• It is not in your best interests
• Referral to another healthcare professional is required
• Consent is withdrawn
• There is inappropriate or unsafe behaviour
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under:
• Consumer Rights Act 2015
• Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Cooling-Off Period (Online Bookings)
If you book online, you may have a 14-day cancellation period.
If your appointment takes place within that 14-day period, you expressly request that services begin before the cooling-off period ends and acknowledge that payment may be due for services provided.
10. Medical Disclaimer
Website information is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
All treatment is provided following individual clinical assessment. Outcomes vary between individuals.
Seek urgent medical attention if symptoms worsen or become severe.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Limitation of Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Professional negligence where unlawful to exclude
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All website content, branding and materials are the property of Sarah Green Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
